Appointments will generally be booked as standard consultations.

To assist us in allocating you enough time with the doctor, if you have a more complex condition, booking an appointment for additional family members, requiring a clinical procedure and/or require a longer appointment please advise the reception staff at the time of booking.

The unpredictable nature of medical practice means that doctors sometimes run behind time. This is mostly due to a patient requiring urgent medical attention. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to patients when we fall behind with our appointment schedule.
